1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "we9999" Refers to the we9999 online gaming platform operated at we9999.site, including all associated games, services, products, and customer support channels.
• "Player" / "You" Any natural person who has registered an account with we9999, or who accesses or uses any service offered through the we9999 platform.

• "Real Money Balance" Funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by the Player into their we9999 account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Credits" Non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to a Player's Bonus Wallet, which may become withdrawable only upon fulfilment of stated wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" The minimum aggregate bet volume that must be completed with eligible games before Bonus Credits or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" Any individual under 21 years of age; any individual who has successfully self-excluded from we9999; any individual acting on behalf of another person; any individual using automated software or exploits.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1   By creating a we9999 account, clicking "I Agree," or by accessing any portion of the we9999 platform (including but not limited to browsing game titles, placing a bet, or initiating a deposit), you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2   These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and we9999. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1   Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an account with we9999. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. we9999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement cannot be confirmed.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence — prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time we9999 deems necessary to verify your identity.

3.3   Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly whenever this information changes. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4   Single Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) we9999 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. we9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to apply any remaining balances to the earliest-registered account at its sole discretion.

3.5   Jurisdiction. we9999 operates under international gaming standards. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that accessing and using the we9999 platform is lawful under all applicable laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence. we9999 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

4 Account Management

4.1   Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your we9999 account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. we9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2   Password Security. we9999 staff will never request your password under any circumstances — whether by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from we9999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team.

4.3   Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. we9999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month inactivity period has elapsed. Players will be notified via registered email before any such fee is applied.

4.4   Non-Transferability. Your we9999 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4.5   Suspicious Activity. We9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account pending investigation where we identify suspicious activity, unusual wagering patterns, or potential violation of these Terms. During suspension, pending withdrawals may be held. we9999 will communicate the reason for suspension via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1   Accepted Methods. we9999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. we9999 will publish any material changes to accepted payment methods on the cashier page.

5.2   Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to activate a we9999 account is Rs 500. Individual payment method minimums may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3   Deposit Fees. we9999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which we9999 accepts no responsibility.

5.4   Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or virtual credit cards are prohibited. we9999 reserves the right to request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate, lawfully obtained source.

5.5   Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit reaches we9999's payment processor but is not credited to your account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact support with the transaction reference number. we9999 will investigate and, where applicable, credit the deposit or initiate a return within five (5) business days.

6 Withdrawals

6.1   Verification Prerequisite. we9999 requires full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be submitted and approved before withdrawal requests can be approved. This applies to all accounts, irrespective of deposit method or account age.

6.2   Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is non-negotiable.

6.3   Processing Time. Standard withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of request approval for verified accounts. Silver Reserve members receive priority processing. Gold Reserve and Black Diamond VIP members receive same-day processing.

6.4   Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will be declined and returned to the account balance.

6.5   Withdrawal Limits. Standard account withdrawal limits are set at Rs 1,00,000 per transaction and Rs 5,00,000 per calendar month. Higher limits apply to VIP tier accounts. we9999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding these thresholds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1   General.. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback payments, and promotional offers issued by we9999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms in this Section 7 shall apply.

7.2   Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance is used for wagering before bonus credits.

7.3   Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering. Live casino table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10%. Game show titles contribute 50%. These contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each specific offer.

7.4   Bonus Abuse. we9999 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; making low-risk bets that satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; exploiting technical errors; and using VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.5   Expiry. Bonus credits expire thirty (30) days after issuance unless a different expiry period is stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus credits are cancelled and removed from the account without compensation.

7.6   Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings is capped at Rs 50,000 per bonus offer. Winnings in excess of this cap from a single bonus offer are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.

8 Gameplay & Wagering

8.1   Game Rules. Each game on we9999 is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and any general platform documentation, the in-game rules for that specific game prevail.

8.2   Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on we9999 operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Results are random, non-predictable, and not influenced by previous outcomes.

8.3   Technical Malfunctions. 8.4   Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game, account tier, and game-specific settings. we9999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

8.5   Void Bets. we9999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed using incorrectly displayed odds, placed after the relevant market has closed, or placed using bonus funds in ineligible game categories. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the applicable balance.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we9999 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to automate gameplay
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in live casino or poker games
• Exploitation of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors
• Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, whether personally operated or operated by associates

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1   Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your we9999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last active withdrawal method. Pending bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14.2   Platform-Initiated Termination. we9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or prohibited conduct; confirmed bonus abuse; identity fraud; repeated underage access attempts; or failure to complete required KYC verification within thirty (30) days of initial request.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1   These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the we9999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and applicable international law.
